TITLE ISLA GYMNESIAS

DESCRIPTION Work on linen canvas mounted on a wooden frame, where mixed technique has been used (acrylic, oil and collage). The title of the work refers to the Mediterranean Sea and the Gymnesian Islands, I mean, the major Balearic Islands (Majorca and Menorca) so named by the ancient greeks. The work is a Mediterranean landscape, rocky, dominated by a lighthouse that will guide boats in the middle of the storm. It is a work that talks about water, will, textures, water maps and geographies. The work is not framed.
